東京慈恵会医科大学の学術団体「成医会」の明治15年（1882年）創刊の刊行物であり、日本最古の医学雑誌の1つである。現在は隔月刊和文誌として定期的に刊行されており、内容は主に若い研究者の学位論文であるが、退任記念講義や年1回開催される成医会総会での発表など依頼原稿の掲載を積極的に行なっており、東京慈恵会医科大学の研究活動や成医会会員の活躍などを紹介する役割をも担うことを目標としている。

Tokyo Jikei-kai Ika Daigaku Zasshi, published since 1882 by the academic organization Sei-I-Kwai of The Jikei University School of Medicine, is one of the oldest medical journals in Japan. Appearing bimonthly in Japanese, the journal publishes mainly theses of young researchers and commissioned articles, such as retirement commemoration lectures and presentations at the annual meeting of Sei-I-Kwai, to introduce the research activities of The Jikei University School of Medicine and the activities of the members of Sei-I-Kwai.
